b.      Cadet Security Force was disorganized, needs a SM to supervise

c.       Cadet Commander’s meeting was one of the better ideas

e.       Stats were not interesting to listen to from a cadet’s perspective

NEW BUSINESS:

1.      Cadet Fest 2004 Ideas:

Break for Lunch @ 1220L and reconvened @ 1245L

1.      Cadet Fest 2004:

a.       Issue of high price raised…stated that this is the lowest the price has been in many years, and seems to be affordable

b.      Need to submit teams for the quiz bowl by the meeting before the Fest

c.       Possible schedule to include opening and closing formation for more formality, retain the CAC meeting, but also include a Question and Answer Panel, Cadet 1st Sergeant Discussion, and a Drill Down

2.      Cadet King raised an issue that was a concern of his recorder.  He said that the cadet was concerned that the cost of the Encampment for cadet staff is too high.  Concern that cadets have to take time off of work just like senior members need to do.  Captain Pruitt will raise issue with the encampment staff.
