SUBJECT: COY/IACE Review Board at MEG HQ 19 Jan 02

1. The Review boards for Cadet of the Year (COY), Cadet NCO of the Year 
(CNCOOY) and IACE will be conducted at Middle East Group Headquarters, 
on Saturday, 19 Jan 02, near the Albany Airport. Directions to MEG HQ 
are posted here. 

2.  Applicants being interviewed should arrive at 1000, except for LIG 
and WNY Group members, whos arrival time is 1300.  Members of the review 
board should arrive at 0930. 

3.  Applicants that absolutely cannot make the 19 Jan 02 review board 
must inform cadet programs of this so a phone interview can be made on 
the 19th instead.  It is highly recommended applicants do their best 
to be there in person.
