The Wing Cadet Programs office requests that groups planning on entering a team in the NY Wing Color Guard competition write a letter of intent stating that their group will be participating.
An email may be sent to val_n_andy@hotmail.com (Capt. Andrew Welsh) or hgrullon@bellatlantic.net (Henry Grullon), or written notification to wing headquarters.
Teams for Wing color guard competition should have the full complement of 6 cadets. The letters of intent are due by Tuesday, 29 FEB 2000. The competition is not scheduled yet- a later memo will be passed along communicating the date.
I look forward to seeing all of the groups participating in the Color Guard Competition this year. Groups are also welcome to stage group competitions, as most squadrons are capable of forming a team of 6 cadet NCO's.
