SUBJECT: Drill and Color Guard Competition

1. Groups planning on entering a team in the New York Wing 
Drill and/or Color Guard Competition must write a letter of 
intent. The letter can be mailed by postal service to wing 
headquarters (attn: nywg/cp) or an e-mail may be sent to Major 
Grullon hgrullon@bellatlantic.net.

2. Teams for drill competition need only 12 cadet members 
and 6 cadet members for color guard. Although you are encouraged 
to have 16 members for a drill competition, only 12 will be 
scored/judged at the cadet competition at Wing.

3. Letters of intent are due by Tuesday, 29 FEB 2000. The 
competition dates will be scheduled and announced at a later 
time along with the location.

4. I look forward to seeing most if not all of the groups 
participating in the cadet drill and color guard competition... 
(FYI, New York Wing has not entered a drill team at region 
competition for over 5 years).

5. Both Cadet Program, Assistant Directors (CPAN and CPAS) are 
available to any group that would like assistance with putting
