MEMORANDUM FOR ALL PERSONNEL ATTENDING WORKSHOP

SUBJECT: Leadership Workshop is Now 1 Day

1.   The 2000 NY Wing Leadership Workshop has been changed to a 
one-day seminar format.  The activity is being held in 3 convenient 
locations across the state to reduce your travel time and the cost.  
The Leadership Workshop is on 15 APR 00, tentatively scheduled in 
Rochester, Albany and somewhere in NYC/Long Island.  This decision 
was made due to no billeting being available at any location.

2.  Specific locations and directions have not been set, however 
will be announced ASAP.  Cadets and seniors, as before, are 
responsible for their own transportation to and from.  Cadets and 
seniors will go to the nearest workshop.  The cost of the activity 
is TBD as well, but will be significantly less, as we will only have 
to pay for one meal.  The time would be roughly from 0900 until 1700.
