I am very pleased to share with you the 13 Cadet winners of National CAP
Scholarships for 2004, totaling $5,250. This is the most recipients that
NY Wing has ever had from all those who applied Nationally. National
Headquarters will notify these recipients by mail, along with a check in
the amount specified for their educational expenses. My congratulations
